Administrative Professional Learning
CIESC Administrative Supports offers comprehensive administrative professional learning support. See how we can help your school and district below:
Teacher Evaluation Training and Support
Our Administrative Supports department partners with school districts to provide comprehensive teacher evaluation and support services tailored to meet your unique needs. We offer Evaluation Training for Teachers, equipping educators with the tools to reflect on and improve their practices effectively. For those seeking to enhance their evaluation expertise, our RISE Certification & Training (designated provider as identified by IDOE) ensures alignment with state standards and best practices in performance evaluation.
To provide flexibility, we offer Asynchronous Coursework, allowing educators to engage in professional development at their own pace. Additionally, we design Customized District/School Support solutions to address specific goals and challenges within your organization. With our expertise, your district can strengthen instructional quality, foster professional growth, and achieve meaningful outcomes for students and staff alike.
Professional Learning Communities
Our Professional Learning Community (PLC) services are designed to help schools and districts maximize the impact of collaborative practices on student learning. Through a PLC Audit, we conduct school visits to collect observational data on current PLC activities, using this information to provide actionable recommendations and collaborate with district and school leaders to enhance the effectiveness of the PLC system.
Sustainability is key to lasting success, and our PLC Protocols & Sustainability training helps leaders explore and implement structured protocols with fidelity while developing plans to ensure long-term effectiveness. In PLC Effective Teaming, we support teams in aligning their beliefs and goals around teaching and learning to improve instructional strategies and assessment decisions collaboratively. Additionally, our PLC & Data Analysis Process equips teams with the skills to analyze data effectively, enabling informed decisions that drive student achievement. These comprehensive services empower schools to build strong, goal-driven teams and foster meaningful, data-informed collaboration.
