As a full service day Conference Center, CIESC offers all the amenities that are designed to provide an exceptional meeting experience for those who attend. We pride ourselves in our service excellence and assure an effortless process in confirming your next conference or meeting.

Central Indiana Educational Service Center (CIESC) is conveniently located at the Pyramids inside I-465 on the northwest side of Indianapolis near 86th Street and Michigan Road. Our offices are in the 2nd (middle) Pyramid, on the second floor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our meeting rooms are available for board meetings, staff meetings, training, planning meetings and workshops.

Our conference rooms are designed to accommodate groups as small as 10, or as large as 100 people.

Meetings can be scheduled up to six months in advance.

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. However guests can schedule meetings beginning as early as 7:30 a.m. Meetings can run no later than 6 p.m. Our conference center is available only Monday through Friday. CIESC is also closed on all Federally Observed Holidays.

Because our rooms are in high demand, we ask that all meeting rooms must be vacated by 6 p.m. We ask that you do your best to vacate the room at the time your meeting is scheduled to end. However, if you know that your meeting may run past its allotted time, please contact CIESC staff so that we can ensure that we have the room and/or staff available to meet your needs.

We require all conference rooms be returned to the condition that they are found. This includes removing all trash, turning off A/V equipment and lights and pushing in chairs. This ensures rooms are ready for the next meeting.

No. Room configuration must be specified at the time room request is made. CIESC staff will take care of the required set up for your event. This will include arrangement of tables/furniture, technology, etc. as per request.

The use of equipment owned by CIESC, including projectors, screens and microphones, is included in the cost of the facility/room rental fee.

* Additional charges will be assessed for video and audio recordings and tech support.

The Pyramids have ample free parking in front of the buildings. Restricted parking identified with yellow lines and parking numbers is off limits.

Payment in full is required 5 business days prior to the date of the scheduled event.

Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to cbalak@ciesc.org or by calling Chrissy Balak at 317-602-1819 and must be received no later than 5 business days prior to the event date.

Cancelled reservations are subject to the following stipulations: No penalty will be assessed if cancellation is provided 5 business days prior to the meeting date. Cancellation less than 5 days will be subject to a penalty cost.

Any or all damages done to CIESC property as a result of a group function will be at the expense of the host organization. CIESC assumes no liability for damages to, or loss of, any articles or property left prior to, during or following an event.
