Counseling Support

Career Coaching

The new Indiana Diploma and Seals, as well as College and Career Readiness requirements, necessitate a change in how these services are delivered. CIESC has expertise in providing coaching support for all levels– elementary, middle, and high school– to ensure schools are prepared to better meet the needs of students. Supports include an assessment of current practices, the development of a focused strategic action plan, and the facilitation and training of district teams to help them reach their goals.
