How We Support Your Systems
Behavior Management Systems
We partner with schools to strengthen multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) for behavior — reviewing discipline policies, procedures, and frameworks through a trauma-responsive lens. We help staff respond to student behavior with empathy and consistency through professional learning in trauma-informed practices, restorative strategies, and tiered interventions.
Customer Experience / Service Training
An interactive workshop exploring Customer Experience Design (CXD) for schools. We focus on the internal experience for teachers, administrators, and staff (a driver of employee retention) and the external experience for students and families (vital for attracting and retaining students) — using journey mapping to identify key touchpoints and actionable next steps.
District Staffing
Ensuring Central Office staffing levels align with work responsibilities is a crucial leadership function. Using surveys, interviews, and an analysis of job descriptions and workflows, we present recommendations to ensure staffing levels match work responsibilities for greater efficiency and productivity.
EL Support Services
As the number of English Learner students continues to rise, districts need a cohesive EL system — effective staffing, teaching strategies, and support services. Our SIOP-certified and trained staff review your program’s effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Leadership Teambuilding (Working Genius)
We support leadership teams at the district or school level so key players work together as productively as possible. Using the Table Group’s “Working Genius” model, our certified trainers help teams understand the 6 types of working genius, identify each person’s preferred type, and learn how to maximize team success.
Professional Learning Communities
Our PLC services help schools maximize the impact of collaborative practices on student learning. A PLC Audit collects observational data during school visits to provide actionable recommendations, while PLC Protocols & Sustainability training helps leaders implement structured protocols with fidelity for long-term effectiveness.
School Safety Procedures
We provide expert support in developing school safety systems grounded in best practices for prevention, intervention, and recovery. With training in the NASP PREPaRE Model, QPR suicide prevention, Threat Assessment protocols, and trauma-informed crisis response, we review procedures, identify gaps, and build coordinated plans.
Teacher Evaluation Training and Support
We provide comprehensive teacher evaluation and support services tailored to your needs — including evaluation training for teachers and RISE Training (a designated IDOE provider) to ensure alignment with state standards, plus customized training for districts using modified RISE or alternative evaluation tools.
