The Administrative Supports Department at CIESC serves member districts in the areas of auditing, mentoring, counseling, and administration. We offer a number of services to our members to help provide information, planning, facilitation and training to meet a myriad of needs in the following key areas:
Executive Mentoring
We offer our member districts 48 hours of mentoring for district administrators using a cadre of retired, highly qualified personnel with a broad range of backgrounds and experiences to support new administrators in the district. Our mentors build a trusting relationship to help central office and site administrators meet the overwhelming challenges of their new positions.
Audits
We offer a wide variety of audits—including staffing, school climate, and stay interview audits—to provide district and site leaders with key insights to ensure the organization is functioning at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness. Our customized process includes one-on-one interviews and surveys with your staff where school leaders select interview questions to ensure the audit focuses on district priorities. The interview and survey responses are then curated into a comprehensive report that provides a clear view of the focus area and recommendations based on our findings.
Strategic Planning
CIESC Administrative Supports offers a comprehensive planning model that ensures high levels of community engagement and results in an actionable plan. We will work collaboratively with district leaders to involve all stakeholders, generate a district status report, create the Mission, Vision, and Values statements, develop a Profile of a Learner, and design strategic goals, strategies, metrics, and timelines.
